If you search Facebook for Skechers Shape-Ups pages, you may find considerably well-"liked" items along the lines of "You look like a fat moron in your Shape-Ups", "Any friend who purchases Shape-Ups will be deleted" or, oh yes, "Shape-Ups should be renamed Style-Downs". As an entertainment writer I'm not exactly the fashion world's buck-stopper yet I ask, is this latest sneaker craze really that bad?
